just to help you guys alot... there was a will-o-the-wisp in between north and northeast and just about like 20 feet from the benches (not in real life 20 feet, oblivion 20 feet)

when i attack 1 of the will o wisps out side the shrine at 7pm it says my attack is not affective

@jacobfizel I haven't laughed this hard in almost 4 months. i pictured a puny wood elf attacking a will-o-wisp with an iron dagger only for it to turn round and say mortal kombat style 'DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!!!'. You either need a silver or deadric weapon or just enchant your weapon. there like ghost and can't be harmed by normal weapons. Then again your comment could be meant sarcastically or sadistically. :(

Yes indeed they are...I got the glow dust from the store but those vampires just own me everytime...think the problem is my level of my guy (level 3) if their any suggestions on where to level(if that's possible got game 2 days ago) or how to level it would be much appreciated

@killingaddict89 go to the arena put on a heavy raiment let the combatants hit you and level up heavy armour or light armour

@killingaddict89 It depends on your what level you are on in order for you to run into them in the forest(level 10 or higher if I'm not mistaken). If not, you can just buy the glow dust from Imperial city at any level. Good luck though these vampires are as tough as can be. lol

I killed it in 3 hits with the bound dagger scroll just apply it and swack it about 3 to 5 times tops and there you have it!! [ =

wow, you run fast! lol. if dawn is at 6 am, is dusk also at 6 pm? Is the gutted mine locked up prior to the quest? some dungeons are. on a website, I read that you can lead the vamps out to the shrine and azura's followers will kill them.
