  • hmm i got i question to have a fine detail on your character you need to have many polygons in zbrush, but with maya is diferent?

    I think you can bake-in a displacement map so that in the editor it has few polygons but the detail comes out in the render. Not too familiar with Maya though, so it might be something else.

    I used xsi and zbrush...there is a license fee.

  • Great job, but in my opinion you have taken the meaning of "Turn around" just too literally. Its good to make turn around to present the character, but it has NOT to be all the reel like this, turning and turning, don't you get dizzy? I watch it 1 time and got dizzy...so for next reel I would try to put less turning around. But that is just my humble opinion.

    lol, yea I lose patience when it comes to putting my reel together...but I'm not worried about that anymore, as I'm not pursuing a career in 3d any longer. Nice reel btw.

    hey thanks, I'm not giving up on my art, its just I'm not stressing on finding a job. I still do it everyday and finding myself improving a lot.

  • pretty sure it's spiderman 2.I use xsi for modeling but use maya when i'm animating...its been awhile haven't used maya since version 4....and of course zbrush 3

  • Well I knew it was spiderman anyways! Geez Version 4?! You gotta check out 2009, it's so different! Animation is more my passion anyways, but I'll tackle whatever needs to be done! Never could mess with XSI though.

  • some were quicker then others but about three weeks except for the rhino and turtle which i have had on file for awhile now. gonna do some reedits then post it again
