It's a Marc Beneteau Fan Fret Baritone.

  • I can't be the only person thinking that I need to practice more.

  • I thought my eyes where fucked when I saw the fret board.

  • @DeanoPiano hey idk what type of guitar that is but it meant for tapping meaning when some one playes it easier for the person to tap the strings.

custom made guitar also may not have a brand name, but VERY expensive

  • what model is this guitar?

  • BIg Man.BIg GUitar,BIg LOw TUning,Big Technique,BIg POwer

hey, isnt the Robot MOnster HIMSELF maybe?

  • what is this oddly fretted guitar called?

  • @freakvan911 It's a Beneteau SJ Model Fan-Fret Baritone

  • @freakvan911 An oddly fretted guitar i think.

  • @anakonda13 It's a fan fretted baritone guitar. The fanned frets lengthen the scale of the strings like a piano so the guitar remains in tune up and down the neck. Or so I've come to understand anyway.

  • @RonSwanson11 I guess humour isn't on everyone's mind when they post but I was just making myself laugh. Enjoy your evening and Merry fucking Christmas.

  • @RonSwanson11 Intonation is part of it but it's really about string tension, the strings sound their best at a certain tension, but for baritone tunings you need a long scale, this leaves the high strings too taught. Or, you could have a shorter scale but the low strings would be too loose. So to compensate you can give each string it's own ideal scale length for ideal tension. (having an ideal string tension just happens to improve intonation, as well)
