@blahblahhai I'm really more into the whole brevity thing. I do a fair amount of cooking, and I have to say that I have rarely ever needed to heat up the contents of a measuring cup. In baking, you would almost never need to do this.

@thehomeschoolwinner I happen to be a cook.. You measure 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of oil it's still 2 cups in the measuring cup it comes up to 2 cups... Now if you are doing stuff by weight then it's different, but when weighing by VOLUME, you go by Volume or you fuck up the recipe.
