Just this evening I read about him being carjacked in So. Africa a few years ago, and it made me sad looking at him in this clip and thinking of him having to be terrified like that. :-(
The presenter leading with 'life's sweet & it's about to get sweeter...' and B's little laughter... I was expecting some chocolate, knowing B's got a sweet tooth. Not SH merchandise :$ They could have researched his guest better & surprised him with something he'd enjoy :p His response was gracious naturally.
Honestly, I think Benedict Cumberbatch is the best actor they could have found for Sherlock. Even better than the past actors who have portrayed SH. He's tall, thin, elegant, regal and sharp features that really suit the description Sir A.C.D. gave of his S.H. At the same time, Benedict C. admirably portrays this negligent (or non-existent) way S.H. has of taking care of himself. And honestly, his eyes are his most striking features : beautiful and chilling at the same time. Perfect S.H. !
@EIEN07 He is perfect for this part. But he does not fit the description ACD gave him. In fact, he intended for SH to be a rather ugly man, and he complained about how stage productions of SH always turned him into a leading man type.

I love him,,, he is brilliant. I just like his sherlock hair better than his hair in this interview. It's to short. But still he is one of the most brilliant actors ever........
