@Emismom100 Jani's addiction overtook the man. When he was sober, he was a far better singer than the guy who is now lead singer for Warrant. I saw Warrant last summer in concert & the songs simply don't do it for me without hearing Jani singing them. I had always hoped he'd get clean & sober but until you want that, it isn't going to happen. He needed a lot of months of rehab & therapy but would not stick with the program. I feel sad for his family & friends. It didn't have to be this way

Hey wail, OF COURSE he can't hear himself - he's wasted off his ass ... fucked out of his mind. He can't hear the band, can't hear anything. He's constantly behind the band, and so has to skip the next lyric, and try and get back in, and then he gets behind again! Besides his voice is very 'drunk' sounding .. And although the picture quality is blurry you can tell he'd rather be somewhere else, like lying down {especially just look at him at the end of the 2nd chorus (part 1) }

Jani Lane is a victim of the "spotlight high." The grunge thing came away and stole his keys to the kingdom and he was never able to deal with it. You put a man on top of the world and then take it away from him...see how well you'd deal with it. Easier said than done! Again... such a talent and a shame.

Horrible is an understatement! Pathetic! And the truth is, when WARRANT first came on the scene, Jani Lane was A HUGE inspiration to me. I saw them open for Poison at Buckeye Lake, Ohio and they came on the stage kicking ass.. blew Poison away. The energy, the enthusiasm, the talent, the hunger... they directly inspired me to be a better performer myself. What a shame.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! i had tickets for the show at lifestyle pavilion in columbus oh. they cancelled that date. great white and ratt were the bands added on to replace them and they kicked ass..

I was at the show and you could completely tell the other guys in the band we really disappointed with him (most of the time shaking their heads).. How do you figure that? Did the entire audience follow Jani around from bar to bar counting how many drinks he had? Or did they just buy tix and show up at the venue hoping a professional musician would do his job? If you had said, "Whoever pays money to see their NEXT show after hearing about this deserves what they're get," that would have made a lot more sense.
