And it is perfectly compatible with Occams Razor: claiming otherwise is similar to claiming that evolution goes against Occams Razor because it predicts a huge number of other creatures, but OR doesn't favor simplicity, it favors the fewest number of new assumptions, and based on that standard string/M-theory is dramatically favored over standard physics.
M-Theory is a joke. It claims that there was something before The Big Bang when all the evidence points to time and space starting at The big Bang. It also goes against Occam's Razor, is purely speculative only backed up by math, and cannot be tested. Atheists promoting this theory should feel ultimately hypocritical for accepting this without evidence, just like religious people accept their belief without any evidence.

Modern physists arent trying to "DIS prove God" as you put it. They're merely trying to shed more light on our universe. Nobody is saying that if M-Theory is the case, then it disproves God. If anything, one could make the argument that it also proves the existance of an intelligent design. If it were, what is studied and what is ruled out wouldn't be based on what the fad is (the narrator mentions the fad thing early in the video). It started with Darwin, who had very strong (anti-Biblical) religious beleifs. Not long after Darwin's theory of evolution, U.S. Universities were purged of all teachers who didn't accept evolution/survival of the fitest.

Modern physists arent trying to "DIS prove God" as you put it. They're merely trying to shed more light on our universe. Nobody is saying that if M-Theory is the case, then it disproves God. If anything, one could make the argument that it also proves the existance of an intelligent design. he believed that there was a God that maintained and created the harmony of the universe. So even if he didn't believe he was a personal God the fact that God is real is still there. Given that you look at the bible and every miracle that occured in it, all that happened during the times of God. Now lets accept the fact that if "God" designed us, he must purposely giving us many flaws. "God" also created us for one reason: to worship him. You're forgetting that most of the bible is already bullshit. Genetic diversity of humans takes a lot more than just 5,000 years. Also It is impossible to turn dirt into a living being without other exist life forms. Matter/energy cannot exist without space time. Therefore, unless "god" is a selfish whore in the 11th dimension, I won't believe a theory published in one book. I am a firm believer of scientific progress, because their experiments are plausible.

I love when he speaks of the universe being a symphony of the vibrating strings (of string theory) and the mind of God is cosmic music vibrating through 11 dimensions of hyper space.
That is awesome. This is what I've always asserted 'God' is- the universe- in other words the universe in it's total being the mind of God.
To me any discussion on there being any sort of creative entity needs to be considered through a discussion of quantum physics and things such as string theory.
