  • i would like to learn martial arts to but i'm not sure if i'm to old to even get good at it. plus i'm debating about shaolin or wudang kungfu

  • considering that youre debating age, wudang internal arts are probably a better bet than shaolin. youre never too old to learn martial arts.

  • well, I'm 24 yrs old right now. you said wudang would be good for me, but I really admire the shaolin martial arts. Not that i don't admire wudang i just think it might be better for me.

  • you´re not too old for neither of them.just look for a school in your place and if you like it stay there.both styles will be good for your health

  • wudang kungfu is good for our health, like taichi, qigong......welcome to wudang!

  • ive seen a 70yr old man in my kenpo class get pretty good form. he was in pretty good shape though. ran something like 4 miles a day. crazy bastard.

  • @ctcheng711 You are never too old (well unless your 70). I trained in jujitsu when I was young for a short, but started kung fu at 18.

  • @ctcheng711 besides which Shaolin temple has really gone down hill since the current venerable took over
