i would like to learn martial arts to but i'm not sure if i'm to old to even get good at it. plus i'm debating about shaolin or wudang kungfu

considering that youre debating age, wudang internal arts are probably a better bet than shaolin. youre never too old to learn martial arts.

well, I'm 24 yrs old right now. you said wudang would be good for me, but I really admire the shaolin martial arts. Not that i don't admire wudang i just think it might be better for me.

ive seen a 70yr old man in my kenpo class get pretty good form. he was in pretty good shape though. ran something like 4 miles a day. crazy bastard.
@ctcheng711 You are never too old (well unless your 70). I trained in jujitsu when I was young for a short, but started kung fu at 18.
