Wrong. Puppet Panic zone act 1 and act 2 had 2 different mixes and the 3rd act was just a boss act so it didnt have its own music. And Twinkle park was in SA 1 and SADX, not SA2 or SA2B.

Actually that song really is on Sonic 3D Blast (Genesis) Its the intro to the game, so Sega wanted to remake for Twinkle Park. The same with the second part of Windy Valley (After tornado) its from the first level of Sonic 3d Blast.

Just for any confusion, this song is from Sonic 3D Blast, in Panic Puppet Zone. They later re-used it for the Twinkle Park racing stage in Sonic Adventure, but it was from Sonic 3D Blast first. Although, the Twinkle Park version is better than the original...

Twinkle Circut was based off the background music for Panic Puppet zone in Sonic 3D, which came out years before Sonic Adventure.

It's more of a remake of the Panic Puppet theme, so they have identical melodies.
