this video doesn't really get into the benefits of image streaming or the need for the individual to describe the imagery with as much detail as possible, incorporating all the senses-never editing. This was originally pioneered by Win Wagner, I'd suggest reading "The Eistein Factor".the best book I've EVER read
why would you want to see random things all the time? seems distracting; ,and how do you go to sleep if your always seeing images with your eyes closed? for those of you who are good at this.
Don't you pisces (and maybe others as well) find it annoying to use words to describe your thoughts? Witnessing until it fades is, on the other hand, relaxing.
It's unbelievable to me that iq may increse just cause you describe pictures. Not reliable I'd say.
This is incredibly tacky. He contradicts himself too - he talks about observing thoughts without making judgements and then talks about observing them and then saying "isn't that interesting" - which is of course a judgement.
However, about 10 years ago I did approximately 15 hours of image streaming. I can't say if it works or not, but I intend to continue it in the future.
in a "guide to genius" this is the main exercise for increasing iq, and it is written that it can increase iq above 200 points after a year of doing it an hour six days out of seven, it better be the truth otherwise im wasting my time with it, it is difficult to make myself do it though, and i do the exercise a little differently too, just simply closing my eyes and coming up with images isn't working too good for me, i see the same things ...
@Zee96969696 the other problem with genius intelligence is that it claims none of the results are permanent. You have to continue practicing the techniques like image streaming or else you will become dumb again when you stop. whats the point of doing all that work if your results can be lost so easily?
@The3nlightened0ne iq of 146, right, get out of here, that is genius iq, ur not a genius, u must be joking here, i understand when a joke has been said or written on youtube
@The3nlightened0ne so how long have you been doing image streaming? have you been doing any other excercises? well, i beleive it will increase iq, but i just don't know it for sure. have you been doing half hour every day or hour or two hours every day?
I'm currently a student of mathematics/statistics at York U so it takes me 2 hrs to get back home by train each day. Within those two hours of getting home I try to meditate or image stream (silently). I've been doing this for 2 years.
From my experience, meditation, exercise, and image streaming are the most efficient ways to improve mental performance.
I'd advise you to make them part of your daily rituals like brushing your teeth.
@The3nlightened0ne im doing it hour a day and also concentration excersises and day dreaming, havent been doing it for too long. so what is your iq now?
@The3nlightened0ne after 2 years of doing it for 2 hours every day it is 146? that is way too long, god damn it, but i guess that is better than nothing
No 5 days a week. If you're referring to an ebook called "Guide to Genius," then no, I didnt follow that, but I just downloaded the book after you mentioned it here. So I'm trying to fit in some of those exercises within my daily schedule.
I heard about image streaming from my adv. functions teacher a long time ago back in high school.
Well, if you're persistent you'll definitely get there unlike people who complain and do nothing.

Hmmm, visualize the image you want to see and then describe it intensively.
As a fellow image streamer my IQ is 146 on a government IQ test.

146 isn't genius IQ, ma'am. 150+ is. I understand that just because your IQ is low doesn't mean that 146 is impossible.
Pessimism seems to be a main symptom of mediocrity.
I warn you to change your attitude if you want to live a balanced and fulfilled life.
Amazing how people like you love putting down others on Youtube for no good reason, while in real life intelligent people are cherished.
Thanks for your reply
