Shirobon, i agree with you in some sense, but tom from streetlight is also the former lead singer for catch 22, and owns all the rights to his songs. Listen to the end of streetlight manifesto's recreation of 1234, 1234 off their keasby nights album and tom has a message in there that stated that he thought keasby nights by catch 22 pretty much sucked balls. lol. But, i agree with it being more raw. Streetlight is such an amazingly talented band & anyone who says they suck, should try to play.
