i have olive skin and i see what you were trying to do with this video to make the makeup stand out (especially when its so hard to do that with my skin tone), but despite the dark colors being able to show up, when you wear so much black it really does look like its piled on. That's the hardest challenge with having olive skin and wearing makeup.. finding that balance between looking like you have no makeup on and like you have tons of makeup piled on. Great video though just maybe not everyday

Yeah, I am French, and I am always being asked if I am mixed or of hispanic decent. So yes, european girls can be really dark too! Thanks for this vid, I was wondering what colors compliment my skin tone...and my eyes. Although, I find it hard to do blue without it looking trashy...could you do a vid for maybe? yes she knows that...and olive does not necessarily mean dark or tan...it is more of an off yellow undertone...more green/grey...light olive skin has the more obvious off yellow/very green look...

Real olive skin tone wouldnt match because olive skin refers to melinin wich is somthing caucasians doesnt have.

Hey! Ya' this was one of my first videos. I was still learning how to balance the volume and stuff. There isn't any olive skin tone people in this video, you're right. I stated that the look is for olive skin tones even though I'm fair. It can work for the office because olive tones are darker than mine, and it just looks SUPER harsh on me, LOL. Bare Minerals - Celestine

Bobbi Brown - Burnished Rose (You can use a DARK copper if you don't have BB)

Bare Minerals - Here Kitty

L'Oreal - HIP (Future Gold)

Milani - Black Liner (you can use your fav.)

MAC - LipLustre in Venetian

And any white matte color for the highlight

Haha! I get the Britney Spears a lot for some reason. My skin used to be HORRIBLE! But, thanks to Accutane and patience, it cleared up. ProActiv DOESN'T work, don't believe the hype, lol. Also, I use Bare Minerals and have been using them since 8th grade. They've helped too!
