Guitar is a pre 67 (16th fret neck joint) Guild Starfire V, based on block inlays on the fretboard instead of dots and the extra nob between the pickup switch and the pickguard. Although what really matters is what she does with it and the attitude she plays it with.

Her live performances do leave me spell bound, but I don't think her recordings are overproduced.

Her recordings have a quiet presence that make them feel very personal (for me at least), but her live renditions bring a brand new type of energy that gets the crowd very into her. And her ability to do both so well is what makes her so talented.

Concerning the question of the guitar: At 2:50you see quite short the name of the brand. It should be a Guild. The name on the Headstock has the typical shape of an arc. Semi- or hollowbody, with a bigsby-type vibrato, two cutaways.

Gretsch has recently built quite cheap copies of that guitar, about 500 euros.

That's a Guild Starfire V. The IV has a harptail, the V has a Bigsby Vibrato like the one Feist is using. Very nice semi-hollowbody grungey type sounds from these guitars!
