The sear has recline, footrest / legrest controls, but back in 2003 used to have lumbar, and a reading lamp. The lamps were stored between the two seats, and were really awesome compared to fiddling with an overhead lamp that disturbed others and didn't light things well enough. Sigh.
Business Class on the 767-200 isn't that good for AA but on the 767-300 it's better. The airline updated those aircrafts, not the old 762s...
