you can removed any updates on xbox 360 by going to dashboard - my box - system setting - memory - Press Y to get to device options - then press X X LB RB X X - then select Yes. When you go to load up forza it will ask you to update say no, it will temp sign you out of xbox live but you can cheat til your hearts content

you have to do it on another account that doesnt have xbox live. after you get bout 20 million then sell 2 crappy cars from your main account and bye them out on the other account, after you sign up for 1 month trial of xbox live and its the account you did the glitch on, for 10 million each
