First you have to do a straight up jump to make it spend it's laser. Jumping either left or right will make you hit it. Then, after that, you need to just get a running start on the top of the stairs.
Is there a way of saving on this game, having lost 49 lives on the first level i want to save at the start of level 2! i figure the box at the start has something to do with it but the text that comes up is all japanese :S, any help much appreciated!
No, there is no save. It's only 4 levels. The original Mario was what, 8 worlds 4 stages, making it 32 levels, no saving and having actual game overs.
Captain Obvious makes a point! But yea, the music is great, and SGnG was a great game. I feel like buying a new SNES just so I can play it again. I have so many SNES games, but no console, lol.
psssst I herd you liek mudkips. I don't do that download crap. It feels much nicer to have boxes full of old games that some are worth up to $70 a piece, rather than a CD full of games and other crap that will get you nothing.
you just caught that? that and making the game really hard is the idea of Syoban Action. you should try to play it sometime, a LOT harder than it looks. ;)
Skill with a slight touch of luck. I had to have racked up a good 50 deaths on that last level trying to get timings perfect before attempting to record this. :) The luck was with the wall of fire and getting around that. That's where I messed up the most.
