  • ha i have one of those ukes.... mine sucks

  • wow I'm so glad I found this!

  • nicely done. sounds great!

  • I love that fast part :) good job!

  • AMAZING composition man!

  • Amazing!!!

  • Wow, awesome! I hope one day I can play this style. It's so soothing, would be a great help lol

  • much respect --- song was crazy i hope i will be able to express myself by composing music one day--- this is a great song

  • awesome song, I totally see your point in 'evolution' :)

    just asking

Does anyone else hear the slightly out of tune 6th string? (The low D in this case)

  • excellent piece 5/5

  • theres no high quality button.

  • huh. that's strange. oh well haha

  • Like it. Although I don't know much about music, but it does feels like puppy love too....Very soothing, yet fiery sometimes...♥

  • amazing music man, still odd how little people have viewed it though.

you could try linking this music to other vids or post the links on a blog or something, that'll get the views up in no time ;)

the internet is a great medium, use it.

  • LOVED that. Can't believe the number of views is so low.... This is good stuff. Hope you make it - I'll buy your CD. Best of luck - keep it up!

  • A very well composed piece.

  • this is so beautiful... and look how many instruments you have back there! you're a lucky man :)

  • Very show!!!!!!

  • jeez ur amazing. you have so many guitars in such a weird little room lol

  • Loved it. :)

  • Just beautiful!

  • Really lovely!!!

  • I definitely see the "I don't know what my right hand is doing" in some of your music - it sounds like it just comes out naturally. I would imagine sitting down and trying to tab it would be a pain because it's not easy to play this stuff slowly and get it exactly the same.

Still, I hope you do make tablature in the future. I'd buy right away!

  • the best I can do is make a close approximation. When I have the songs copyrighted and have a record deal (hopefully), I would make video tutorials on how to play my stuff. that's probably the best way to learn. but right now I'm still afraid that people might steal my music

  • Oh yeah, that's definitely understandable. It would be best to get things secured with Candy Rat before doing that. I'm just so anxious ;) It's finally summer and I have time to try to learn all the music I've been listening to lately. I'll buy your tabs whenever you make them, then! Keep us posted.

Hope you're enjoying your summer too, by the way.

  • Brilliant

    that was awesome

  • I seriously LOVE this form of guitar playing, TEACH ME! lol I dont understand how you manage to play lead and rhythm at the same time. (Sounds like Andy McKee)

  • thanks! can't teach yet because i don't even know what my right hand is doing sometimes haha. As far as playing melody and rhythm at the same time....yeah its tough. Just takes practice i guess

  • Great job man!! keep your evolution going :)

  • You need to sell tabs. I'd buy!

  • you should really visit a studio and record all your songs professionaly. I whould sure buy the album! :D how is it going with Candyray btw?

    peace

  • Great !!!!!! =D

  • III looooooove iiiiiiiiittt =] its just, wow. awesome. every single time. And I love your picture at the end. pretty sweet.

  • I'd love to see this song extended... the whole harmonic section around the first minute or so was incredible.

  • definitely a possibility. maybe for live performances :)

  • U better play this for me at camp

  • Amazing song, but what about creationists?

Maybe you could do an edit which lasts 2 seconds and skips the development section ;)

  • haha! maybe a 7 second song. the last second i would rest.

but really its about the evolution of a musical idea. not of life in general :)

  • 3.37 was awesome

    Great piece man

  • thanks! one of my favorite parts is when the bass line comes in soon after. i used my amp to boost the bass because I really like it in this piece

  • Amazing... every time I watch a video of your I become more and more impressed. Truly amazing

  • thanks! when I write these pieces, I'm always excited to share them with my fans on youtube. so in a a way, you're my inspiration

  • wow.. another amazing piece..

You are truly inspirational and I will keep playing until I'm half as good as you :P

I have no intention of hiding you from the world..

    you will be known!

hopefully my friends will spread the word too..haha

  • thanks for sharing my music with your friends! I really appreciate it!

  • perfect perfect perfect

  • thanks anna!

  • This is really good stuff. I need to hear this one in person.

  • i'll give you a private show, corey. haha

  • once again beyond impressive

i liked the way you held the guitar this time, more like a classical style, thats how i play my acoustic

  • oh wow! i didn't even notice i was resting the guitar on my left leg until you mentioned it hahaha. i ALWAYS play acoustic on my right leg (except for this vid apparently). i don't know how this happened. i did at least 8 recordings of this one and never realized it. this is ridiculous. i probly didn't notice because I play classical guitar also.

  • you are really good!

  • thanks jbobo!

  • adam man, i seriously love your videos. At first watching your videos i thought you were very mediocre but now that i see you come up with your own pieces and often, i see you're very virtuoso with flavor. I really like your playing and you need to keep playing because you're very very good. I really like your fingerpicking skills.

  • thanks dude. i like that: "virtuoso with flavor"

usually people think of virtuoso as playing the notes perfectly. but I think its just as important to convey the emotions and phrasing

yeah and once again I gotta credit classical training for the fingerpicking coordination, although I've learned this slapping style on my own.

anyway thanks for following my music! more definitely on the way

  • yeah i was feeling a little creative with my words since your guitar songs are so out of the ordinary standard tuning i felt as if i had to come up with something more emotionally tied to what i was trying to describe haha. But anway yeah, keep making the music man cause through that, the whole world speaks the same fluent language.

  • You're amazing. I want to buy a cd of your music.

  • i have enough pieces for an album...so hopefully i'll have a cd soon!

  • You're the greatest musician on youtube... seriously.

  • i can't tell you how much your comments mean to me. thanks rael

  • i think this is my new favorite by you. exellent as always. loved it.

  • thanks. i think its my favorite to play :)

  • nice playing! cool tune!

  • thanks heevamos!

  • fantastic, i love to hear you play

  • thanks boondockflyfish!

  • and yet another amazing piece.

adam your work is amazing, the way everything is put together is just so amazing.

    thank you for your wonderfulness!

    -Raymon

  • thanks for being a loyal fan raymon!

  • Taylor? Austria? .... Hopefully the border police won't find those funny smokes in his back pack and he'll be able to come home on schedule (wink-wink)

  • haha. he just got back last night. which means i'm going to have to relinquish this beautiful guitar to its rightful owner soon :(

  • i like it.

  • thanks
