The fact that an engine has more or less cylinders is a completely stupid argument. Requires more management 'numbers-wise' to tune a high HP 8cyl engine versus boosting a 4cyl. Both arent easy. I drive an 04 Cav for a dd and have owned some built v8's. I love them all.

Educate yourself, look up the stats. Regardless, like damntransam00 said, if I spent far LESS money than it would take to buy a Porche or Veyron, I'd be getting OVER 1000 HP with less turbos.
Yeah Bugatti Veyron 1,000 horsepower real impressive with a price tag of over a million dollars. For that price tag it better have four turbos and have 1,000 horsepower. We can take your precious turbos you value so much put two of them on a Camaro, Trans Am or Corvette make a 1,000 horsepower too and still blow the doors off any ricer or fancy euro trash import junk box turbo you like so much.

Naturally aspirated combinations force the tuner & builder to dial in a set up just right and can still run 9 and 10 seconds. A lot more impressive
@dustyrhodes187 LOL the ZR1 still holds the records and its SUPERCHARGED!!!! Killed the Veyron and Turbo around the Nurburgring. Why don't you ask Porsche why an American car managed to beat them on their home turf? Not to mention the CTS-V holds the 4 door record... 556hp S/C V8.
@disbsam333 lol and Porsche just built a new one that supposedly barely beats the ZR1 by a hair in the 1/4 and still couldn't beat it's time at Nuburgring. They didn't say it directly, but I'm pretty sure the car was built to TRY and beat the ZR1, but failed. Don't get me wrong I like porsche's but nothing beats the good old raw power that is American engineering.
@bigradke17 yeah i know, it's a badass car, that wing gives it some serious downforce for those corners, but the ZR1 is quicker in the 1/4, I think, don't qoute me haha.
@darkeyce02 That explains why they tried and failed then right? The first car, and if not then one of the first cars they compared it to was in fact the ZR1, and it failed to take it.
@widowedeight Ooh tough words for a little boy over the internet. FYI, I have raced many Cobalts and I have never met a Cobalt yet that could even keep up. I have more torque on my lug nuts than an "angry Cavalier" has in the whole car.
@subscrib3r001 more than a few cobalts have run high 11's with slicks, a tune, and full bolton's (about 1500 worth of mods not counting the slicks) , sounds like a pretty fair race to me
