you know our rights are gone already the only one we have left is freedom of speech and people are for gun control are they out of thier minds theyve been fed storys of people going crazy and shooting the innocent.
So are you saying that since our rights are gone already that we should just let the whole thing deteriorate because you don't like the second amendment? Honestly, I used to think it was pretty outdated, too, until I started to see that this government is way beyond corrupt.
Maybe you don't believe what you saw in the video, but the right to keep and bear arms does not infringe upon the rights of others. When you talk about these shootings, as a general rule, you are talking about people who have either stolen the guns or obtained them by some other illegal means.
What we need is a crackdown on illegal gun ownership. But as long as the Constitution and Declaration of Independence support this need to be prepared for a corrupt government, the right to keep and bear arms MUST be protected. You may not like them, but a gun, whether yours or someone else's, could save your life one day.
And, really, do you think that we still have freedom of speech when protesters aren't allowed near the President and people who practice their right to free speech are arrested regularly?
no im not saying that at all, im saying somthing needs to be done befor its to late. and freedom of speech while yes it gets violated all the time its the only one still intact. everything is in place to enslave us to the one world communism. the first domino thats going to fall is martial law being declared, but first they need to take our guns away it makes it easier for them. vote ron paul
OK, now I understand. I am planning to vote for Ron Paul, but I don't think it will matter because the other candidates are dirty enough to fix the election in their favor.
Why are the facts funny? Are you saying that it's propoganda or hyperbole? If so, check the facts. Post a response that shows that this is not real. I'd love to see that.
Do you think there's a response anyone could post that could possibly change the perception people like you have of the facts and their intentions? Do you think a debate is warranted to sway the topic fence-sitters?
To be honest, I'm not offended by your perspective & find your creativity entertaining.
Look, I'm not some fly-by-night idiot who just believes everything she reads. I've checked these facts, and they are all documented. If you want to be complacent about the direction our country is headed, that's your prerogative. But when even a senator sees the potential for a police state, you have to wonder. He knows way more than we do. Think about it. Bush has evoked executive privilege more than any other president. Why?
I never said you were and I can only imagine the effort you put into your research. I won't lie; I do believe you're over the top with your theory to the point I find humor in it.
Congressmen see the potential for a lot of things I wonder about. It's not their knowledge of the subject that makes me ask why. It's their motivation, reason, and purpose behind their words & votes.
I can't summarize the reasoning behind the usage of executive privilege to accurately account for each instance without doing some heavy research. I'm sure the conclusion involves more of the offensive & defensive strategies employed in politics by each party & branch of government than individuals with dark ulterior motives for world order and domination.
OK, you seem pretty reasonable. So let me ask you a few questions. Do you believe the government's explanation of 9-11? Do you know about the plans to unite with Mexico and Canada in a North American Union and the plans for a new currency--the Amero? Do you agree with the push for a national ID card and checkpoints (similar to presenting your papers in Nazi Germany)? Do you think that you should have to have the charges against you presented prior to being arrested?
Do you agree with the recent news that the government has not only continued torture, despite its declaration in 2003 that torture would not be a US policy, but has also expanded the definition of torture to make it worse than it was in 2002? Do you agree with the detainment of American citizens without bail and without due process because they are "suspected" terrorists?
Do you agree with the taxation, even though there is no law or decision that supports the taxation of American citizens' labor? If not, how can you support this government and just hope that this all goes away?
I used to be a staunch democrat, and I believed that the dems could or would save us from this tyranny. However, I no longer believe that. At least one of the executive orders outlined in the video was signed by Clinton, and he also used illegal wiretaps as president.
I know that it seems surreal. I didn't want to believe it either. I wanted to believe that our government was only a little corrupted. But there are just too many dots that connect up too nicely to ignore it all. Maybe it can change, but I don't believe that it can change unless Americans stand up for what is right.
That's the point. You can't do any heavy research because it's all in secret files. Our gov't should be relatively transparent, and it isn't. This only increases conspiracy theories. But our gov't doesn't care about any of that, and unless Americans start to demand it, nothing will change. I believe that a peaceful solution is possible, but too many Americans have their heads stuck in the sand and refuse to see that we are losing what it means to be an American.
