Vernon is beautiful. too bad when you move there you have a strong chance of going broke. Had to move away so i could feed my family. Awww well. maybe its just a great place to visit ... not a great place to live. too tough to make a living.

its 'Kal' beach, short for "Kalamalka", which means "rainbow", or, "many coloured" it freezes over winter its fed from creeks running from mountain meltoff into a lake of many great and varied depths, hence the many colours; its the best beach in the world in the summer.
