They always thought Bret was better than Owen and in their thoughts owen was never a good guy and an average wrestler at best. When he died everybody suddenly love the guy. Owen is a good man thats for sure though.
credit to Austin as there relationship was really bad, even Bret said he did'nt blame Austin for not liking Owen as when he got his neck broke Owen never once checked on him.
He'll never be replaced, in and outside the ring. We all still love him, coming up on 10 years in 2009. I think it's time he was given his rightful place in the Hall of Fame. And I think Bret and Jim should come home to WWE to accept it on Owen's behalf.
One day I would like to think that Vince would have given Owen the title. He deserved one.
