i was 15yrs old when this happened. i was really scared. i lived in pasadena and got lots of rain and tornados

I was 7 years old when Alicia hit and lived in the Aldine area. When my dad got home from work around 3 am (worked nights) we went to the ATM to get some cash. The wind and rain already started to get strong, but wasn't dangerous. I went back to sleep just when it started to really hit, after we lost power, about an hour after getting back. When I woke up our cottonwood tree was uprooted lying in the driveway and the storm was just ending. We were without power for 2 days. I think Ike was worst

Ike was definitely much worse. This hurricane was nothing in comparison to Ike.

@lostindiancamp i think this was just a category 2. i wasnt living there when ike hit,but i have family there that suffered damages from ike
