Frunksta, the reason he does a "speech" is because there are people out there who are still learning. You can't just pick up an instrument and say "I can play it." Things take time and patience, and he explains things so you understand and know what to do instead of getting confused=/

Im still learning as well, but what I am meaning is beginners, like just started-don't-know-what-anythi­ng-is-beginners. Perhaps someone is like "um..what's that?" so he is thinking ahead of time and explaining it in the beginning before cotinuing so maybe it stops a lot of questions, who knows.
