  • Hightower will be the better NFL player even though one plays out and the other inside.Hightower has much better instincts.

  • hes going to the Jets every analyst picked up to go to the Jets

  • is this Courtney Upshaw highlights i thought it was marcus latimore highlights

  • He'll have a star on his helmet next season, perfect complement to DeMarcus Ware

  • His speed is not really that impressive. He will be a 3-4 linebacker in the NFL. He skillshet might be better at inside linebacker

  • Courtney isn't that impressive I rather pick "Couples" "Nick Perry" or "Vinnie Curry" true DE with speed

  • @MrJosephb15

Couples is slow and way overrated

  • Seahawks.

  • J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS

  • the panthers will pick him. next ray lewis

  • hes got a weird size. 6-2 for a linebacker i good height but not for a de and hes 260... what is he? a linebacker or dl?

  • He can't get off a block.

  • he's 6'2" 260+ lbs. with speed. no doubt top ten pick this year to the olb needy bills

  • LOCK IT DOWN. BILLS PICK HIM AT 10

  • anyone else think he looks too slow for how high he's ranked?

  • @spinasweetness hes not slow check out the pic 6 he had aginst florida.

  • @spinasweetness check out his pic 6 vs florida. he has plenty of speed for a LB.

  • @uknow2010 haha it took me a while to realize it wasn't on this video... yea i looked it up, he just doesn't have NFL speed. he's strong, and he has moments where his closing speed looks pretty good, but most of the time he looks pretty sluggish, specifically specifically when working to get off a block.

  • He will be a Jet him or Barron

  • I'm a Titan fan and a Bama fan and would love the Titans to take Upshaw to play strong side linebacker. Not tall enough(6 '1 1/2) to be a high pick as a pure DE but as a 4-3 linebacker he is very strong across from TEs. Has a great base and hardly ever gets knocked off his feet. Could rush off the edge in obvious passing downs.

Would be ideal for Grey's zone blitz schemes. The Titans wantred more sixe at linebacker which is why they drafted Ayers last year. Upshaw would gibe them that.

  • Roll Tide Roll!!!! Upshaw went H.A.M out on the Gridiron tonight. Mad respect and much Love man.

  • I think the person who scouted for this video doesn't understand how to play defense. Many negative plays were not at all, he had gap responsibility.

  • 0:22 Yo alright? didn't mean to know you out.

  • he looks like he gets stood up at the line a lot. but when he gets thru he gets thru quick. that play on the swing pass was impressive 7:20

  • Although his size is limiting, it's limiting as a defensive end. At the next level, Upshaw's ability would be best used as a pass-rusher off the end where he can take advantage of blocks against non-linemen.

Undoubtedly, Upshaw's combination of size, speed and strength will find him a position in the NFL and having his name called on Day 1.

  • @CouchQuarterback Yeah and of all the teams in the NFL, I think he'd flourish with the New York Jets. To me it would seem like a good fit for both him and the team. Maybe another team would probably be the Chargers. If any of those teams are fortunate enough to land this guy, It would be a pretty good day for them.

  • Good football player, active, good motor, looks to make plays. The question is can he transition to the linebacker position in the NFL. He plays like a DE which is what he is, a small DE. If he was faster I would compare him with Dwight Freeney who ran a 4.4 40, Upshaw does not. Right now he does not have a position in the NFL.

  • @BigDaddy1957One He would be better off in a 3-4 OLB. A team like GB, Pitt, or even the Dolphins could use him.

  • can upshaw play olb in a 3-4 defense?

    can he drop into coverage?

  • Raven in April Draft!

  • He is from my hometown and we are soooo proud of him! Love you, CU! #41!

  • I made a video of him against Penn State, where I think he shows good speed off the edge and can put pressure on the quarterback. He's a good tackler as well when he meets the ballcarrier out in space. (He usually doesn't miss tackles, he's a force, and is a big play guy waiting to happen. He could go possibly no.1 overall if none of the teams that go early in the draft need Andrew Luck.

  • god upshaw was an absolute terror in the capital one bowl.

  • I am surprised that Upshaw was not named pre season all american. He is clearly a first round draft pic in the next draft.

  • @Orchardlanes300 Yeah certainly a little surprising although injury issues plagued him which I am sure played a factor in that. Florida, Auburn and Michigan State were the only games he was 100% and those games were night and day from the South Carolina game where he struggled. Just has to stay healthy.

  • @TMBDraft What injuries did he have?? tbh im in love with this guy no homo and im praying like crazy he falls to 14 cuz i know dre wont
