I don't think it's illogical to be sad over a dead pet at all. You grew older, having loved them and getting fond of them. You formed a relationship with Mozart, which shows you have a heart when they died. I know I still think of my loved ones every now and the (people And animals) but I think knowing I'm not alone (And am not the only person out there going through this) it'a when I feel a little more comfort. BTW, nice video as always.

I kind of know what you feel...

My brother has asthma so it was already bad for his health to have cats around him, but we did anyway. Then, it became worse and worse. We then moved out of our house, and had to take my cat, Midnight, to the pound. I was so sad at that time... And what made it worse was the fact I didn't get to say goodbye. I left the house a couple of hours, and I come back home and my cat was gone. At the pound. Never being able to see him again. It was a tough time...

It's not weird for you to get real upset over an animal. I had a cat die, and my mom just bawled for her. I wasn't attatched, so I didn't, she was mean to me. It was sad, but they were super old. I say they because after she died, my other one did. We think of age AND loneliness.

Don't worry I would to the same if one of my precious kittens died on me..........again. To be honest, my most precious kitten did die a long time ago. His name was Gareth, to this day I still don't know how he died, nor have I fully gotten over it even though it has been about 8 years.

I just wan't to throw a chair on everyone who says that you can't love an animal.

'Cus it's not true. You can love an animal. You can love an animal more than anything. It won't let you down. It won't lie to you and stab you in your back.

So ofcourse you have the right to cry.

Because when an animal dies, your heart aches as much it would have if your animal were have been a human.

Don't feel bad about crying over your cat.^^ I've cried over my gerbils and guinea pigs which lived about 2 years when they died. :') If my cat Kiki died, I'd cry too.

Not at all! I think it is absolutely normal for you to be sad! When my cat died I cried off and one for 3 days :( She was my baby. I hope you feel better *hug*
