I just subscribed! Looks like I joined at the right time, looking forward to pregnancy blogs. I'm ttc atm and can't wait to fall pregnant, hoping that baby dust you sent out helps :)
I still nurse my daughter too but after 19 months my period has still not come back! She nurses a lot! Thank goodness we're not TTC yet! I've always wondered about other women and when their periods come back. I guess everyone is different.
@hilihop wow are you for real???? No she may not be a beauty queen but gheeeeezzzz she a nice person and a mom who tries to raise her child properly! She is positive and upbeat and your jealous! Anyone who cares to write all that nasty crap you wrote is by far an ugly person grow up!
Your eyes are too far apart. Nose is definitely crooked. The shape of your face is not aesthetically pleasing at all. You look like a 3/10 with make up in this photo. I don't even want to imagine what you look like without make up. I actually just threw up in my mouth, just thinking about it.

We too are ttc #2, if I could go back I would chart right away even month 1. We for pregnant with baby #1 month one. Now the second time around month 3 came and went with a bfn :( Last month (3 try) was my first month charting bc I was so sure I would get preggo right away again.
@MrsKatieS the same thing could happen to me, its crazy how the body kind of resets itself after giving birth...its a whole new ballgame! I hope you get your BFP soon <3
@MadreMaven please know that, that is not my intention at all to make anyone feel badly. I don't think its unnatural to actively try. I just prefer to start natural and go from there. by all means, YES chart, see your RE, do IUI, IVF, adopt etc.I will do anything I have to do, to hold another baby in my arms. I feel blessed just to have the one I have. I don't call myself a TTCer simply bc that's insulting to the ladies that actually have struggled. I genuinely hope you get your BfP soon!! <3

It's simply trying to bring a child into the world. I think it is insulting you think TTCers need to struggle or be taking longer than wanted to be a part of a community.

@MadreMaven Well, I do have a right to have an opinion on what I prefer, as I DID chart and use opk and time sex ONLY to create a child last time. We were both exhausted, were not in the mood what-so-ever and basically ended up "baby dancing" just bc we felt the pressure of my fertility signs. Was not romantic at all.I had that experience, and prefer not to repeat it.
@frowniebrown86 To me, it is like birth. You are birthing - regardless of you have a fast easy labour, or a long birth, or what have you. They are all birthing. We don't skip over the ladies that birth in their ideal to not upset others. Yes, we don't need to rub it in to those who are sensitive, but we don't need to discredit the birthers either who were happy with their outcomes.
@MadreMaven I have also heard ladies in this community who struggle with infertility, feel offended when "fertile meritless" or what have you, consider themselves to be in the same TTC boat as them. I have heard it expressed many times and I am just being sensitive to that. Hope that makes sense!

I mean, of course you can have an opinion about your body and how you want to make a baby, I never said you couldn't! I had anothing to do with how you want to make a child. My daughter was born May '09, I totally know what you mean about missing out on summer/being cooped up. She was 17 mos when we got our BFP w/ #3, and our breastfeeding goal was 2 years, and the baby was born about 3 months after that. I recommend the book Adventures in Tandem Nursing by Hilary Fowler if you want to research some more about it before getting pregnant. There is so little out there on the subject, unfortunately! When it happens it will all fall into place. :)
i think your ttc "plan" sounds so great. i love the idea of letting things just happen and i think it'll be a great memory to look back on down the line. good luck, and i can't wait for pregnancy vlogs from you! did i miss it, or did you not mention when you are planning on "starting" to ttc?
Your husband looks so fit, I never would have known he lost 50lbs, wow! :) That's great that you both are at such a good place weight wise!!! Good luck whenever you do start ttcing :) I'm sure we would all like to just "do it," and have it happen....no one wants to have to "try." Hopefully you will get pregnant just as easily this time too!
Sounds like an awesome plan!! I sort of had the same thing conceiving my first , just let it happen when it happened. It happened quickly lol but no pressure. Good luck on your next try :) I like your spacing already lol I have 3 children all a year and a half apart :/ How the heck did you lose 65lbs!?!? I still want to drop 30!! Lol
