I have a six speed, I found you don't need to undo the chain tensioner at both ends. I found it difficult to get it to screw back into the wheel, I had to take the wheel off and screwed it in with the wheel in a horizontal position, after many failed attempts with the wheel on the bike. I was beginning to wonder if the thread was damaged. I could have just unclipped it at the other end and clipped it back in, this would have taken two seconds.
I made up a few split tubes to carry on my Brompton. The inner tube is a C-shaped profile and I just took a 2" long part of and old tube put a hole in it that slips over the valve stem. Then I merely open one side of the tyre, pull the punctured tube out and then slip the new split tube in place (looping the hole on the tab over the valve stem), inflate and ride away. Less than one minute and no need to take all the extra tools Etc.
Slight problem is you skip over how to properly attach the chain tensioner after replacing the wheel. In one scene it's not on properly (it's fixed to the bike but doesn't have the chain running through it properly) and then in the next, it is.

It's a lot less hassle just to deflate the tire to get it out, rather than let the brake cable off. Likelyhood is you'll have a pump at hand.
