  • Lol it's the diff, shit happens that one had an assembly flaw just take the diff apart and put it back together with new balls and rings and make sure you build it right!

  • thats not a tiny little bit. looks to be almost an eighth of movement. shim that gear on both sides and assemble the diffs as instructed by the manual. it should be something like the spring and thrust bearing are improperly oriented. if they are present at all. if the thrust bearing washers are damaged they'll need replaced. the thrust "balls" should be hardened steel and last a very long time. same as diff balls and washers. or maybe fycheong71 knows.

  • Your diff wasn't built properly...... its the diff slipping. Everything else you are poking around on the car is just fine.

  • Same happened to mine running 10.5t (check the vid) it's the plastic idler gear that meshes with the cnc gear on the opposite side of the spur, it's in the slipper cover, the instructions don't say to grease it but I have since I killed one and no more problems.

  • Hi, it seem like internal gears slip. I have run thought the instruchtion manual. Possible problem might be "Ider Position" Step 21A to 21B and "Diff eccentric postion" Step 29. Possible layshaft pins missing or internal gear breaks.
