  • I have a question. I know I need to do lower weights and more reps to lose weight instead of gaining size like you said. But how many reps would you recommend for that? Does 12-13 sound about right?

  • love video updates...its just so hard to stick with it.....

    i wish my body fat would be less but i know im gonna grow and i need some fat on my body in order to grow and look normal....its just a matter of time...i'm not very patient with that though...

    i saw those bottles at dicks sporting goods....i like drinking tea so it looks pretty cool
