I had that same problem too. I was 34. I had a swollen testicle 1 morning on the right side. Ever since, I noticed a lump. Eventually I had it checked. Found it was cancer! They removed it. I was on radiation instead of chemo. As of 4 years, I am cancer free. Doctors did tell me that this type of cancer is the most CURABLE kind! Even with 1 testicle, I WAS STILL ABLE to bear a child!
