2010 xbox only had 1 exclusive this year is just multi platform i own both consoles and im pretty disipointed i got nouthing for xbox because lets be honest psn is free so of course psn aint as good as xbox live but is there anything worth playing right now i bought my ps3 2 weeks ago and im loveing these exclusives bought the entire uncharted series but 3 isnt out yet nearly every game in my ps3 collection is exclusive to ps3
@triedge763 psn is not worse because it's free, microsoft just make you pay for it and claim that makes it better, everyone with an xbox will agree with microsoft because that's what they do. Online gaming should always be free, yes the ps3 is more expensive but hey you aren't tied to a contract that you have to pay for.
@FeaR2AM the PS3s got 2-3 strong years ahead of it, and a couple more on top of that before its phased out. Microsoft will release a new console at least a full year ahead of Sony, as they're experiencing a fast decline.
@FeaR2AM The network has been back up and running and is secure, but no security is ever 100% hack-proof, Microsoft could be hacked as well. The only reason the PSN was hacked is because Sony was suing the person responsible for jailbreaking the PS3. Good news is, if it ever happens again your personal information will be safe.
tbh most of the good games in 2011 i.e. skyrim, bf3 and deus ex human revolutions are multi-plat so stop hating all you fanboys and just be thankful that everyone gets access to the three most anticipated games of the year

What games are coming out for PS3 that are AAA tittles? Most are Multi Platform games. Uncharted 3 and Resistance 3 are the only games that will do well this year. The rest are for little kids and are not that appealing. Most games do really well on Xbox and PS3's number are not that great besides Uncharted.

I do own a PS3. Uncharted 1&2, Lair, Demon's Souls, Resistance 1&2. Motorstorm Pacific Rift, Killzone 2 and 3. Twisted Metal was fun.... on the PS1. I'm still waiting for it.

inFAMOUS has a generic storyline? What? Resistance's is interesting, and Uncharted's, while not entirely new, are always well constructed with great characters and events.
I'm sorry, have you played the game, or have you just seen the trailers? The delivery of the story was excellent, and it had a huge twist. And of course it's going to share similarities to other super hero stories, that's where they've drawn their inspiration. Why are these super hero stories popular? Because they're good! It's an origins story, and it fitted in very well.

Yeah, you and McFadg are right. I take back that InFamous and Uncharted are generic. In some ways they are however they are put together well and offer some original twists and plot.
Killzone 3, LittleBIGPlanet 2, The Last Gaurdian, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, White Knight Chronicles 2, and Sorcery look great so far. I can't wait to play them :) then theres even more then those like Resistance 3 and Motorstorm Apocalypse >:) too many great games.

ha fanboys make me laugh ... both xbox and ps3 fanboys are so outlandish with their claims of ahhh... this year my console is going to destroy theirs.... lol really the xbox isnt having a good year given but just a reminder the xbox has sold more consoles then the ps3 and has had plenty of way better years when the ps3 was in the shitter... so all in all its a great year to be a gamer with great games all around if you own both consoles you can enjoy games every year :)

Maybe Lair will make a comeback LMFAO. I own Killzone 3 for the PS3 and the only real appealing aspect of the game is the multiplayer. Single player sucked. By the way, Halo Reach SHAT on Killzone

@kiloggolik Infamous was knee deep in failure in sales. Look it up. Killzone 3 was ok, the only appealing aspect was the multiplayer, and the single player got shitty reviews. Sly 4 (Kids game, not worthy). Starhawk looks OK. Socom, once again, is an ok game.
I do own a PS3. Uncharted 1&2, Lair, Demon's Souls, Resistance 1&2. Motorstorm Pacific Rift, Killzone 2 and 3. Twisted Metal was fun.... on the PS1. I'm still waiting for it.

@TBird4490 Infamous 2 is a great game regardless of "sales" (thats not how I measure the quality of my games). Killzone 3 got an 8.5 from IGN and a 4/5 from G4TV so I dont know why you say it got shitty reviews, the single player is as strong as any FPS.
Again, sales or pre-orders mean nothing.. I bet more people would've bought Killzone 3 if it was the only strong exclusive being released for PS3 this year. DERP. Face it dude, the 360s best days are behind it.

I'm sorry, have you played the game, or have you just seen the trailers? The delivery of the story was excellent, and it had a huge twist. And of course it's going to share similarities to other super hero stories, that's where they've drawn their inspiration. Why are these super hero stories popular? Because they're good! It's an origins story, and it fitted in very well.
