If some of you would read some other posts it was bought in the 80's for $25 and was on its way to the scrap yard. You want to know why they are rare? Its because the idiots who crush them and let them sit in their yards rusting away till theres nothing left who are to blame. At least this one is still going. Now it would take more money than its worth to restore it back originaly and we don't see the point in that. And anyways we are happy with it, who would want one just like everyone elses?

He made this car back in the 80's when it was worth nothing and was bought for $25 on the way to the crusher. I don't care what you think but i'd rather see a charger end up like this than crushed! This car is used as a regular everyday car and is enjoyed rather than sitting in somebody's yard wasting away. Most of the Dukes of Hazzard cast has met us and signed the car somewhere and they all like it, including James Best who has personally invited us to come to some of his art shows.

Not exactly, that episode just had the torsion bars cranked up with blocks under the back. Very different from putting the General on a ram Charger frame. I love the Dukes and I love 4x4's, but no one should mix the two. It looks hokey in my opinion.
