honestly there is no reason for a console war sure I own one console of the 3 consoles, but I go over friends houses and they come over to my house enough to play them all commonly. There is no "Best console" its just the one that has the games you like to play. going back to the past I loved my SNES, but I also liked Sonic. But i liked many of the SNES games and that is why I got it.

the reason there is a "war" is because most people cant or dont want to spend money on more than one game console. So, they only buy one, and when someone tells them it was the wrong decision, they defend their choice. Thus, console war. There is no real point, it just happens. exactly look at all the exclusives, who has the better graphics, Id say Killzone2 pretty much beatsn any multiplatform game (and in my eyes Gears2 but thats my opinion) and the gears franchise beats any mltiplatform just as much, its all on the devs hands really (i wont mention the wii cuz...the Wiis just awesome and needs no graphics :P)

All this console war stuff is in fact a marketing campain builded to increase the search for the consoles. The ideia is, why would you have one console when you can have all (trust me, a lot o ppl have at least two and some have all three).

In my oppinion, ALL the consoles are great, have great games, the difference is on the public. While Wii is for older people (like me) that are basicly casual gamers, the other consoles are for hardcore gamers who actually care about ubber graphics.
