what a load of rubbish, BSF is a joke costing tax payers 8x the money it should cost. A total and typical liability produced yet again by a spectacularly bad Labour Government. How about renaming this "the old boys club" a scheme developed to increase the profits of the big players and let the little guys suffer providing utter useless services to education and costing the tax payer millions more than it should. A total farce and a total blind innovation. Well done.
