I and some others were buying online gift cards and emailing the link to Charice's fan would couldn't technically buy it simply because it wasn't allowed by those online resale stores. And I'm not talking about 3rd world countries here. You do not upload a song entirely if you want to promote it in YouTube out of piracy concerns. anything uploaded in YouTube can be downloaded as well and copied multiple times.

Don't make me laugh, maybe you can explain how come it's been released in the USA only then. Many people from overseas have been trying to purchase it thru AMAZON or iTUNES to no avail.
