why it SOUNDS like she's playing wrong is because she's hitting too many bass notes, she needs to focus more on the high strings (g b e) and she has a WONDERFUL voice, but playing on the right frets would help :) 5th fret, cord progression: Aminor, C, F, Aminor, C, G, Aminor, C, Eminor, Aminor, C, F, (repeat last three and you'll figure it out :D

@JAZ1234ful It wouldn't sound out of tune for the capo being on the wrong fret. It's more like there is a drone note being played most of the time. It goes away when the A string is played anything but open. If you have your guitar, play a C on the A string with the song. It's that note you hear the whole time that doesn't fit in with the chords being played. I think she needs to learn how to mute the strings she isn't playing in the chord or just not strum it.
