  • same!

  • Na...Cheah Beah son

  • Heard it in Fight Night Round 4...now I love it.

  • is fight night round 4 good? hook me up with a review

  • yeah man its good its like fnr3 a lil but focused more on realistic ness like height and reach and strength all that matters it runs smoother has a decent roster and u can go online and download custom boxers that didnt 'make' it into the game its pretty good but online is hard when you fight people that noob punch spam and the new stick controls are a little hard to master but good game if u like boxing 8/10

  • its unreal if u played fight night 3 round 4 is so much faster its class get it if you like boxing

  • i was expecting better but its awesome, it only doesnt met my expectations, cause ur suppose to play it like u would fight, but nobody does, i focus on a technique and get good, but everybody makes their guys 6"8, throw loads of body shots, then next round when ur pretty tired, they rock ur dome and u go down like nothing

  • Just play defense cuz most times, the boxer who's spamming will tire (usually by 4th or 5th round, you'll be able to tell), and then start to go to work. That's what I do, and I usually win.

  • Ino man, everyone I know always makes some 7 ft giant with a Mike Tyson body. Its really gay, Boxing isn't about the biggest and strongest guys..

  • Fight Night Round Four theme song bitch !!

  • this song is fucking amazingly great....niggas are stuck on whips and chains....mos thinks too much for these niggas.

  • lol when the drum roll went i thoght this is a rick roll :)

    sick song

  • mega track Flacco!

  • coldd tune

  • "Ends don't meet where the arms can't reach / mean streets / even when it's free it ain't cheap"

    So true...

So the best things in life are free, huh? For allaya'll who think that's true, re-evaluate ya thinkin. Haha.

  • haha

  • they have this on fight night round 4 that beat is fuckn bossy haha

  • Music in Fight Night RouNd 4 on PS3 ;D

    But JUST the beat ^^

  • naw they have lyrics on it

  • one of the realest for real

  • Mighty Mos. This is such a good single, one of my favorite songs on the album. These other dudes don't even know.

  • "Ongoing saga, terminal diagnosis

    basic survival requires super-heroics"

    Unbelievable!

  • shit bangs yell

  • Finally a breath of fresh air.

  • shit leaked and its massive

  • the truth of real hip-hop....fuck mainstream!!!!!!

  • where did u get that cover on the video if u can can u send me the url and the song is tight to

  • Does anyone know where I can get this track?? it's awesome!

  • you can BUY IT... from iTunes.

  • but that would cost money...most of these scrubs r broke ass's that dont wanna support undergound haha

  • @ProphetVictory lol nice

  • album comes out tomorrow (june 9th)

  • @F1dgets I would recommend Youtube Downloader :)

  • Downtown Records is not in any way owned by Atlantic Records, it's an independent company that released a few releases with Atlantic, and many other releases with other distributors. Check wikipedia if you don't believe it.

  • Well how about you go out and FUCKING PUT SOME MONEY BEHIND THE ALBUM.

I AM SICK OF THESE 20CENT VIDEOS YOU ARE RELEASING FOR MOS. THIS SHIT IS RIDICULOUS.

  • yea dis dat shit, ima big mos fan and if all yall feel em like yall say go buy da album like me if not u jus talkin shit, lets save hip-hop......dino

  • This song is fiya son! "Life in Marvelous Times", what a strong political statement/song from the mighty mos.

  • How the hell did I miss this?

Mos is back and I'm glad to say, better than ever before.

If this (rather than "Quiet Dog") is a sign of things to come...I'm ecstatic.

  • about time....boogie man

  • Yeah Boogie man music!

The truth is what they are afraid of!

  • one of the best .... People who do know, know hes the best and people who dont know .. Should know .... Its a shame they dont play him on the radio

  • shit!!!!!! f**kin nice!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this track is so damn hot!

    *****

  • Woohaaa this song is sick! i love the lyrics! and the beat is awsome!

Mos Def One of the best rappers ever!

  • My god, hopefully the old mos def will be back. Its almost like hip hop nose dived after blackstar came out.

  • Agreed...

  • no it aint not wit Mos wit it...yea probably spittin on it it wld fukin suk...shut up u suk

  • This i gunna b on his upcoming album

Ecstatic comin June 9th people-Mighty Mos Def

  • ayo prophet victory...whatz the problem with the album release of LupEND???

  • listen to the song called The Glow its really good better than this or quite dog :)

  • The beat is produced by Mr. Flash and is the A - side of his ed banger records release "Champions / Disco Dynamite" in 2006. The beat is good but used by TTC (french rapper).

  • a beat can def sell itself are u kiddin me...ne ways it dont matter..its mos def and mos def dos wat he does

  • This guy is pure talent. i heard the album wont be out till june. that's what it says on the wikipedia site. thats so piss taking, ive been waiting for this album since hearing the auditorium a few months back.

  • I'm gonna stab someone at Downtown. I heard Auditorium and many other tracks as well as him announcing The Ecstatic in November 07.

  • I heard from a handful of sources that it'll be out on the 24th of this month. I really hope I'm right but if it was a week away there would be way more hype.

  • Nah, it was meant to but it got delayed and its gonna get delayed till june. i know, itws so annoying, ive been anticipating, but hey all emcees delay their albums lol

  • mainstream. u a dumb fuck. mos is one of the only talented mcs left in music period. 4 and a half out of five at least.

  • NEW ALBUM?

  • Fuckin' DOPE! I CAN"T WAIT!!!! :D

  • how can a beat be mainstream? a beat doesn't have its own bank account, a beat can't sell itself out. a beat is just a soundwave from which we determine rhythm, tempo and pulse and it has only 1 purpose. it's purpose is to accompany a lead. & when the lead is mos def there's always a message involved, & thats a message you don't want to miss because you're to busy worrying about whether what your hearing is mainstream or not. & i feel that is also why people missed the point of kanyes new album

  • I like you! lol! xD

  • i think that by mainstream he means it follows the trend of current beats, which are generally made out of a desire for profit and not artistic truth, but that's just my opinion

  • absolute fire! this is what hip hop sounds like and no you will never hear this on your local Power, Hot. Kiss, or Jammin station.

  • "The windows on the ave look like sad eyes

They fix a sharp gaze on you when you pass by

And if you dare to stare, you can see them cry

You can watch them scowl, feel them prowl"

    that is sick

  • Exactly. That's the imagery that Mos offers in his lyrics.

  • mos def will never go mainstream he hates mainstream rap, just listen to his lyrics you dont hear soldier boy rappin about this shit. Mighty mos def is simply one of the best cant wait for his new album

  • Umm? Confused, Why people on here, hatin Mos? Makes no sense, the song is cold blooded. I guess everyone has their on opinions, despite how baseless and retarded they may be...

  • I didn't like it at first but it slowly started sinking in lol

  • this shit is fire...different but fire!!!!

  • this is hottt

  • Very.

  • This songs needs good speakers to be heard properly. The beat is sick.

  • i do not get your point

he refers to those people talking about their hard life and how they got hit by poverty, while the same people got money like hell (bright gold on the teeth)

acctually you gotta count with this kind of lines, since mos def & talib kweli already dropped with "thieves in the night"

  • go blog that shit where no one will read it. no one gives a fuck about your opinion(s).

  • i was thinkin about removing your comment, but i'll just leave it on here for u to get clowned.

    never

    speak

    reckless

    about

    mos

his point was a usually critical Dante as well as two extremes which he does a lot. its talking about the fact that people in the hood are starving, but the moment they get a penny, it goes to bling.

    prick

  • its not just the poor lyrics, its just the way that he says it...like a nigga. not like a black man, but a nigga. And that is very uncharacteristic of mos def. He is very educated and articulate. this shit I know he made for commercial reasons, get a nice beat, make a lot of money.

  • u clearly didnt listen to the song. "get a nice beat, make a lot of money."

listen to the subject matter. make a nice beat, talk down about your people THEN make a lot of money.

otherwise Saigon would be RICH by now.

  • stokleycarm LISTEN TO THE LYRICS!!! how is anything he's saying commercial...the song was made to describe the world were living in during the recent election (the song was released on Nov. 4)...there's nothing commercial about this at ALL!!!

  • Shut your mouth.

    The Ecstatic, February 24th.

    Lets go!

  • That's a very idiotic statement. If he was trying to be commercial, he wouldn't be doing conscious hip-hop to begin with. What's so "nigga" about the way he says it? Did he not say with enough proper english words for you? Please think before you go throwing "sounds like a nigga" around just because you don't like the song. You're going to look like an idiot.

  • shut it twat

  • the migthy mos def!!!!!!!

  • I'm likin this new tune!

  • hah, Kanye and saving hip hop. Yea that makes sense. Did you hear is new fucking album? He is leading the charge to bury it beyond any sort of revival. Common has changed as well, universal mind control was a sign that he is finally fallling into stereotypical crap. Nothing beats old school: Nas, Rakim, KRS. Listen to "Classic" sans Kanye.

  • Common didn't "change" he knew he was going to get criticized for this album but he didn't care. He wanted to make some club music. Just because an artist does something different doesn't mean they changed. I'm sure Kanye will bounce back from that garbage also. He's depressed because of his break-up and the death of his mom.

  • Well, if you count underground as well.....

    Rakim, Immortal Technique, Scarface, etc...

  • Sorry, you guys wont understand what kanye is. But youre right Kanye aint hip hop anymore. He is above hip hop.

  • *throws up*

  • This is insane! Mos Def is back to savin Hip-Hop, along with Kanye, Ludacris, Nas, and Lupe!

  • along with kanye you smoking my dude. Kanye is everything hip hop is not.
