  • I just purchased Nights Into Dreams/3d controller bundle long box version for a great price.should get here by the end of the week.Cant wait to break out my orig Saturn.

I always wanted Nights, but only had the demo my system came with.I must of played it 1000 times and got pissed every time it was over.

    Cool collection by the way...SEGA!!!!!

  • Mal all your cases are in really great shape

  • i have that sme lunar game mines complete in the original case in mint coundition i payed 20 bucks for it back in the day now its worth like a 100 bucks on ebay i think

  • Ahhh... if we're talking Japanese games, then yes, I can't deny that. It is just a crime that so few made it to the U.S. I will never stop raging over not getting part 2 and 3 of Shining Force III.

  • Wait... since when was the Saturn the pinnacle of classic RPGs? There was like ten on the entire system, and half of the blew.

  • @ConfessorRahl Ten? hmmm you might want to look into your Saturn history. The majority of the quality RPG's were originally put out on the Saturn during that era. Most of everyone outside of Japan either got a localization on their Saturn console or a playstation port.Or those quality RPG's never got to see the light of day outside of Japan.

  • Nice collection! You're lucky you have Shinobi Legions! I want that game!

  • I just recently got my first two Sega CD games ever o.o Earthworm Jim Special Edition (IMO probably the best game ever made) and Sonic CD =)

  • Great video! I never really heard anything about Sega back in the day (I was always into Nintendo). I bought a Genesis a few years ago, and a (non-functioning) Saturn last year. I need to replace the Saturn and buy a Dreamcast to give Sega the love it never got from me, haha. Great video!

  • You can get a Saturn really inexpensively on ebay. I won one for $2 and another for $3 so they were both less than $15 after shipping.

  • Awesome stuff man. I was also into Nintendo back in the day but it's never late to start a sega collection.

  • great stuff, too bad you dont have a saturn, i just got one today, i hope mine dont have a failing laser, it would make me very sad lol.

  • I agree working designs is a great company I have tons of their games including all 4 sega cd games (Lunar 1, 2, Vay and Popful Mail, with guides), Exile, Cadash, Cosmic Fantasy 2 and Vasteel for Turbo Grafx. Alundra, Lunar 1, Lunar 2, Arc The Lad Collection, Elemental Gearbolt Vanguard Bandits for ps1. Silpheed Lost Planet, Gun Griffin and Gowlanser Generations Deluxe for ps2. Rayearth, Iron Storm, Sega Ages and Albert Oddssey for Saturn. My goal is to have a complete WD Collection.

  • AS Is MINE!!!!! I am close as well! Wow You have the Sega CD guides! AWESOME! I just completed my WD Sega CD collection! Tg16 is when I first experienced WD..sadly I didn't truly appreciate them until about 9 years ago.

  • Which was your first turbo grafx game? Mine was Cadash.

  • My first WD title for the TG16 was Parasol Stars. I did play Cadash back then but I only rented it.

  • Does your Parasol Stars have the box? Only my Cosmic Fantasy 2 and Exile 1 have the box. There is a small cardboard sleeve for Vasteel but if it comes with that the price goes up way too much to make me consider it worth it, since its not a large box like the other games.

  • I do not have a box for Parasol Stars just case and card w/instructions. My copies of CF2(i have 2 1 sealed& 1 w/case,instruc. and disk) and Exile are with boxes. I know about Vasteel. One reason I don't have it is b/c I want it with the small box. The only copy that I'm considering right now on ebay has no box but does have the poster! Exile 2 also has the same type of box as Vasteel box. My copy does not have that box though...and that game is very expensive!

  • hey man love your videos i my self am a huge nintendo fan but sega is pretty damn good to and about the sega saturn you said you didn't have one search on youtube sega saturn emulater for noobs it is in my favorites it is not as good as the real deal but it is good you can play actual sega saturn games on in as well as roms any way the video is great anybody can figure it out and all you need to buy is a cheap game pad for the pc and your good

  • Great collection!! I just loved Panzer Dragoon.. used to play it at a friend's house all the time.. but man starting to feel pretty sad about never playing a lunar game.. I hope they re-release those on the DS someday.. wait I just read about "Lunar: Dragon Song" for the DS.. which was released in europe also.. but back in 2006 I wonder if I can still find it from somewhere.. did you know about this game?

  • It received poor reviews and I've never played it. They also rereleased the Lunars for the GBA but those also sucked(no voice and cutscenes were gone). This is just my personal opinion so don't completely rely on me. You might like them.

  • thanks for replying :) yeah I read now that it got pretty poor reviews.. but that game would probably be pretty tough to hunt down now too.. Yeah I also love cutscenes in RPGs and voice acting, although I love old school rpgs without cutscenes and voice acting but of course if a port is made of a game that had them to begin with that doesn't have them anymore then its definatly a bill and ted's bogus journey :/ .. you and retrocalypse definatly share the same talent for being good talkers btw :)

  • The Saturn shared a few titles with the Psone b4 it went extinct

  • great stuff, I love the working designs logo too :)

  • Working Designs is my crack cocaine! I have an awesome retro ebay find vid coming soon so hopefully you'll keep tuned...and hopefully it will convince "the Godfather" of the youtube gaming community to sub as well! *wink*

  • what's up with the nights case btw, i've never seen one in real life, so forgive the noobish question..

  • Idk if my memory is correct here but I believe the "rare" version of nights came separate from the Saturn..the version I have i believe came with the system(along with virtua fighter) after the system started to get off the ground

  • Wicked. I have Lunar on Sega CD, gotta get around to playing it some day hehe!

  • i never owned the sega saturn in its hey day ethier

  • If I ever did a comment top 5 special this one would be in it

  • another great vid

  • Tell you what you keep 'em coming and so will I.

  • By the way do you have the PSONE lunar remakes??

  • I agree working Designs was amazing!

  • I absolutely miss them! And I still say your working designs vid is my all time youtube gamer vid.

  • Yeah the PS2 Virtual On was balls. Lots of cool stuff. i always wanted to get into Sega CD stuff but I just never got around to it.

The only Working Designs game I have is Silhouette Mirage for the PS1.

  • Working Designs kicks ass! If you haven't check out Magusx1 vid on them. If you enjoyed this vid wait until the Genesis collection..I know that you of all people will love it!

  • Great video! I am trying to get a boxed 32X sometime.

Do you have a room you are going to make the "Game"room?

  • I wish man..I wish. Unfortunetly not any time soon. When I owned my own condo I had a sick game/comic room. However nowadays living with a wife(who is not into games or comics) and little daughter I scantly have a "man cave"..its the wash room next to the garage and its full of crap....live it up while you can buddy!!!

  • Very awesome.

  • Thanx!
