I use Fraps for in-game sound, and a Sennheiser headset for verbal sound. Make sure the recording settings are in mp3 format and the same when you publish, and your sound should be good. :)

In your sound recording devices make sure you have it set to show disabled devices (r-click menu). Then checkmark "Stereo Mix" to have it set up so you record what you hear.

To answer this I need to give you some of my personal philosophy. I define a friend as something quite different. For example:

1. A friend is someone you can be intimate with (intimate not sexual).

2. A friend is someone you see no reason why it won't be a lifelong friendship.

3. A friend is someone who considers you as part of themselves when suiting their own needs.

I heard the game generally just has a bad frame rate. I don't think it has anything to do with recording.

I was getting 300-400 FPS when I had a clean boot and no recording.

That blue thing that stops the game for a secc is not a glich it pauses the game to load the texture!

Not an "all" the time kind of thing but maybe if you do a race you really like/think is really hard you could redo it with this and show kind of the "action" behind the course.
