Hi John. No, its not the Achat, but the Kristall version. It is quite a new model. I think it exists since 2006. I have it for two years now. Also, it is specially tuned in as they call it: 'Irish tuning'. This means that it has a very light tremolo in its sound. I actually bought it to travel, because it fits in an airplane's hand luggage. I has the perfect size for Irish music.
