yeah i don't think it works for golden or silver axes. only regular ones and you can only do it once a day

When dose the fountain come?

you need to donate money to the town hall.

you first have to donate 200k for a bridge, then after that another 500k for the fountain. you can't just donate 500k at first, if you do you'll be wasting 300k.
