can you provide me with what type of paint you used and what you used to cut the dvd drive?

@thefloatingcheese2 i used a black spray paint that could be used for both metal and plastic. Not to sure what company it was but it looked like a can with a spray trigger. And yes i used the dremel to cut the DVD drive but it took for ever and was very loud!

@cocaneman92 haha i just got done painting my xbox all black. i was going to do your pattern but i realized how messed up the white part was. Im currently trying to cut the dvd drive but i keep breaking the bits or the cutter thing haha. btw, is it a good idea to paint just the outside of the fan shroud? i have a core cooler to help and decoration. this is my first console mod so i skeptical. if you want to see how im doing, i can post a vid of it. :D

did you use your dremal to cut the dvd drive case because you need the magnet and if you did, did you use the flat cutting disk things that i saw in your making video because i have a 105 peace set for mine and i dont want to fock case up also is the glass actuly glass or is it plastic.

@oljukihybgtvfrdce yeah, if i remember it think i used a reinforced disk. They get eaten up easily while cutting through metal. i used maybe 2 disc on it. and the plexi glass is just a strong plastic, not real glass.

Nice 360. I was thinking of modding mine with the same light kit but I was just wondering if it could just turn on and stay one color, or does it always cycle when the xbox is turned on?
