Hello: I guess the termonology is getting to me. When you say push an pull i'm not sure what that is. I zoomed in from 5 feet away and the picture gets blurry. Even when I have two object in the picture they both blur out. I use the focus ring to clear it up. It just doesn't come out looking like yours did. So i'm just trying to learn it because I want to. I guess I would need to see your hands verses just the video results to get this to work not sure at this point.
ok I was able to make the focus point. When I tried to focus in on two objects one on each side they both still blurred out. I couldn't get one to focus and one to blur in the same shot. Trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong thanks advance. Yes I had it in Manual focus and I used the focus ring on the lense.
Hm, sometimes zooming in from 5 feet away or so can give the lens more room to identify things. If that doesn't work I can maybe think of something else.
I have the Xl2 not a born camera man i'm a rap artist just getting the hang of the camera. How do you accomplish the setting for this type of shot thanks in advance
Hm, XL2? Well place the camera on manual focus. After that just use the focus ring on the front of the camera to create push and pull rack focuses. That's one of the nicer standard definition camera's on the market right now I would say for it's price.
