@xSaskun12 Its the crossed eyes, normally associated with the term "derp" online, and used when someone does something clumsy or foolish, without being outright stupid, like dropping something fragile, or walking into a pole. The eyes were an animation error, and the fans named the character, becoming incredibly attached to it considering it only appeared in the background. Since then, recognizing the popularity, the animators have been using her as easter egg, with intentionally crossed eyes.

I had a very different reaction
