  • Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost lots of weight with it.

  • Even if you lose half a pound its worth it. Even if you lose .1 of a pound thats good, as long as you are not GAINING. Just tell yourself your gona do it for longer than you think you will.

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training

  • Help me. Seriously, what i think of, all the time is my weight. Im not fat, but im not skinny, im pretty normal but i would still like to be like 10 pounds skinnier, but... i always fail my diet or my exercise.. everytime i try again i think "....   • i used to do that i would tell myself at least lose 2 pounds a week and when i would only lose one i would quit and start to my couch potatoe self again,but now i learned it's okay even if i did only lose one pound it's great,,,and congrats on your weight loss

  • I think a lot of women kinda of stick to cardio (me too)BUT I got a personal trainer & now I LOVE weight training!I do very minimal cardio vs. what I used to do! I recently read a book from the library by Jorge Cruse called 12 second sequence. YOU HAVE TO READ IT!!! Please do- I am rooting for you, I think if anyone deserves it, it's you! You are soooo gorgeous! I'm jealous! lol! And I wish I was as sweet!
