E.G The PS3 is cabaple of 2 Trillion Calculations Per Second which it is but will not do because the RSX can perform 1.8 Teraflops. But the graphic card usually doesnt controll the AI. Where as the CBE is cabaple of 25.6 GFLOPS plus, which obvously controlls the physics, AI and much more.

The Xbox 360 doesn't even use HD-DVD for their games. A lot of people don't know that, but the games are standard DVD's. That's why you need to spend an extra 200 bucks to play HD-DVD movies on that seperate little box thing.

So when it came down to it, which disk can hold more information for the graphics its self....the spec are almost equal, but xbox 360 has a more limitation it can use for its graphics because it uses HD-DVD instead of blueray.

The PS3 is more expensive b/c Blu-Ray Technology is new, and can demand whatever price. If you want to get more into it, there's a whole different competition b/t Blu-Ray and HD-DVD (which HD-DVD is going to win).

u cant say the ps3 isnt doing well because your just looking at america, you have to remember sony is a worldwide company, xbox isnt even in japan, so sony has more customers.
ps3 sold 900,000 either in the first week or day, i forget which, and in japan they r all huge sony fans, so it sold very well there too.

Wii is fun, kind of hard to get ahold of till later this month ( in most places ) not many games out for it, but this summer there will be some good ones. Its fun, and different. The 360 has many games most of which were meant to be on PS3 but are coming out for 360, i like the gameplay and i never had heat issues either since launch. The PS3 isn't doing so well, but give it time and see what titles come out for it. Theres something for everyone.

The Xbox 360 doesn't even use HD-DVD for their games. A lot of people don't know that, but the games are standard DVD's. That's why you need to spend an extra 200 bucks to play HD-DVD movies on that seperate little box thing.

you all need to understand...what makes PS3 more expensive is that it uses blueray which can hold more information. So when it came down to it, which disk can hold more information for the graphics its self....the spec are almost equal, but xbox 360 has a more limitation it can use for its graphics because it uses HD-DVD instead of blueray.

WRONG! Graphic quality depends on the Graphics card, the memory allowed for the graphics, and whether or not the information is written in a high definition format. The PS3 is more expensive b/c Blu-Ray Technology is new, and can demand whatever price. If you want to get more into it, there's a whole different competition b/t Blu-Ray and HD-DVD (which HD-DVD is going to win).

actually hd dvds are about 4 $ more expenasive than blu ray and 4 out of 7 major film studios exclusively supporting blu-ray, only 1 of the 7 is exclusive to HD-DVD and the other 2 support both formats. blu-ray is most likely to win

u cant say the ps3 isnt doing well because your just looking at america, you have to remember sony is a worldwide company, xbox isnt even in japan, so sony has more customers.
ps3 sold 900,000 either in the first week or day, i forget which, and in japan they r all huge sony fans, so it sold very well there too.

But what he meant by PS3 not doing well, was the lack of games, both of quality and in quantity.
Fall of man is still really the most "worth-it" one, although I'm off to play the new armored core :D!

ppl everywere think blu ray was put into the ps3 for hd movies but it was mainly put in there cuz each blu ray disk can hold 50 gigs of memory the 360 games wich are put on dvd format only hold 5 gigs so games fo the ps3 can hav mor detail bigger worlds and more ai capability and mor lvls to play on it just so happen blu ray also has movies

Wii is fun, kind of hard to get ahold of till later this month ( in most places ) not many games out for it, but this summer there will be some good ones. Its fun, and different. The 360 has many games most of which were meant to be on PS3 but are coming out for 360, i like the gameplay and i never had heat issues either since launch. The PS3 isn't doing so well, but give it time and see what titles come out for it. Theres something for everyone.

The difference is when you are racing with a Ferrari(PS3) & your old grandma's car(Xbox 360)...
And also of course there is a big different with content,it just like when we used to play games with CD-ROM and in order to get more good quality games people start to put their games on to DVD & this is what happening at the moment when sony is already prepared with their futureProof console and unlike M$ who will rip off their fanboys again in the future with another add on just to keep up.
