  • I can't see a thing. Which image exactly should I look at to see the Man?

  • @sparkypainkiller

You aren't looking for a man, you're looking at a white shape.

See the last two images on the video, and both are clearly marked!

  • @mikesey1 I got it. The white silhouette. I thought that it is another entrance to the tower. That's why I coulnd't spot it before :)

  • Anyone heard of Gwyn ap Nudd? He is a Celtic God and the Glastonbury Tor is his throne apparently. Thats quite cool, considering im related to him in name. (Tom Gwynne)

  • @TheManInTheWhiteHood

I think I mentioned Gwynne ap Nudd in the video notes. Gwynne is very Welsh of course, used as a personal and a surname in Wales.

  • @mikesey1 ah yes I saw, after I found out about Gwynn ap Nudd I started looking into his life and mythology, now im proud to be Celtic! :)

  • @007bond66

Great, hope to see you here!

  • Hey Mike! FANTASTIC!! As you know, I'm a fun of your photos, but those photos are just amazing. i especially like the one of the Tor gate with sunset with two people (around 1:03). Thanks for sharing!

  • Hi Eriko.

Thanks for the note. Of course the whole point of this video was to show the "Spectre" which, when I saw it, was moving around on the Tor.

I deliberately walked the viewer through the door of St. Michael's tower, from the two people standing near to it, to the full Sunset image. Also, look carefully and you will see the four ancient elements, Earth, Air, Fire and Water depicted. There is other symbolism in the video too, but I leave that to others to work-out.

    Mike.

  • I believe man is put on this earth to do only two things...

to save one other persons life

and to change one other persons views

and if we ALL did that...

  • Bet its windy up ther today - hello Glastonbury xx

  • king arthur

  • Hi x

  • @theglastonburygirl

    Hi there!

  • WoW, bring on the light:) I too got a message of light in 1997, the WORD was LIVE, long may we all LIVE in peace and harmony, ps that was the same wall xx

  • Thanks for posting, I hope to get there one, day, great to see!

  • Some great images around the Tor here Mikesey and I really liked the soundtrack too. Initially thought it was some early Tangerine Dream. Interesting conclusion too. Something supernatural or supernatural skill with Photoshop? Guess we'll never know.

  • @paradoxAA9

Certainly not skill with Photoshop! apart for the cropped image, no work has been done on this at all (I don't have Photoshop)

  • Someone having their photograph taken with the flash on seems to me to have caused this effect. very spooky tho :)

  • Wow, mate. Had I known you were a member here, too, I would've subscribed earlier. That said, hope all is well. Belated Happy New Year!

  • Hello Tom. Well you've been on my friends list for some time now. Good to see you, Sir_Dood!!

    With affection. Mike.

  • Great, Great, Photos

  • Thanks!

  • excellent shoots and the music suits

  • I know a lot of sensible investigation and theories have gone into this pic..with no conclusive explanation. It IS a genuine mystery, pic and account...I'm supporting the Portal theory!

  • Fantastic images there, i was in Glastonbury in July; the first time i'd visited in nine years, you're right, it is a wonderful place.

Was the spooky (for want of a better word) taken from the meadow in the Chalice well gardens? Have you any more ideas as to what it could be?

  • Hi there.the Spectre pic was taken from a farmgate in Wellhouse lane.

No idea what it could be, but of course there has been plenty of speculation: that it is a portal opening is one.

A ghost of some sort is another.

    Thanks for the note.

  • It has an illuminati conection

  • What could that be?

  • research it and be very shocked

  • Thank you for this beautiful and incredible video.

  • Thanks. I try!

  • Wasnt it called St Michaels because he was the saint given the job of protecting the earth from ' The Watchers'?

    Who exactly were these watchers...extra-terestrials?

  • I haven't heard of that before. You can enlarge on it, send me a private note if you like.

    Mike.

  • What a magical video ! Well done.

  • Yes this is a special place, we've lived here for 14 years and when we go anywhere even for 1 day, it's always lovely to drive back from any direction and see the Tor in the distance, getting closer and closer.

  • I agree. When I've been away it's uplifting to get the first sight of the Tor. I feel that I'm home again.

Despite some moaners, there is nowhere else like Glastonbury on the planet .

    Thanks for the note.

  • i have seen your photos at webshots and all i can say is that i'd love to visit all that places in glastonbury magical and historical places there

  • one question?

when did you see the spectre for the first time when you were taken the photo or then, when you saw the photo?

  • It was seen before I took the picture: it is what prompted me to take the picture.

  • did you feel any paranormal situation in your visit to glastonury?

btw the last image is an enigma

    amazing

  • I live in Glastonbury and often feel a sort of brooding presence here.

My latest pics were taken at the White Spring building, and appeared in 2 newspapers. Click the link in the side panel notes to see them at Webshots

    Cheers!

    Mike.

  • I know that Glastonbury tor and the surrounding countryside is the most magical place in the World. I carry it with me and I can feel the energy even in Germany. I miss the Ash tree dryad and Gog and Magog . Would love to know if Gog is still alive as it has been 5 years since I was there?

Thankyou so much for sharing these images, you have captured Glastonbury's pure beauty ! :)

  • Alas! Gog died a couple of years ago. He has been pruned a bit, but his remains still stand next to Magog.

Great to hear from you, and to get a positive comment.

See my Webshots photo albums for images of Gog & Magog: There's a link on the channel profile page.

Bye for now, and thanks. Mike.

  • nice scenes of the tor mikesy

i was in glastonbury for the summer solstice

    first time too

really enjoyed after a nite in the riflemans

and coming again for the yule on the 21st and nik turners band in the assembley rooms nov 28

    see you soon

  • Yeah, I can believe you on that. But to be clear and unveiled seems a goal. If any additional editing is done, it would be about that feed you mentioned. So, yes, I can see what you 'wr talking about. Except for that one of Caspar in a hammock. Ha.

  • If it was clear what it is, I would be a happy man. However there are other aspects to this "visitation" which I dare not mention for fear of being labelled a "nutter", though I have confided in a friend or two about it!

    Thanks for the note.

    Mike.

  • See what you mean Mike!

  • Thanks Tom. Good to see you.

    Mike.
