Ms Cuppy Cakes is a terrible website I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing items from there. They are really inconsistent.

Yes...its a thin coat because I have really thin nails that break all the time. It depends on the doctor and the pregnant mother. I was allowed to dye my hair too
