I have a PSP-3002 and I had OFW of 6.39. I downgraded and got CFW for it. It was easy. So no need to waste your money on a pandora battery or magic memory stick.

@TyranitarX888999 because the origonal battery has signal to the power source but u can make one by opening a battery slide the mother board over and at da very end youll see a 19 cut tht wire when ur done the psp light will automatically trn on and install custom firmware to restore open the battery take a pencil and draw a line where u cut the wire at its tht simple

You can still play your UMD games if you do this. As for reversing it, there really isn't any reason to, the PSP will work just fine with custom firmware.

if you have a light but blank screen the pandora is working!! you put in the magic memory stick and follow the prompts very easy! if your magic stick isnt working just format it and make a new one. super easy. just look up how to. theres hundreds of guides
