I have to agree....As an Eagles fan, Im thrilled with the outcome, but I dont blame the punter, or even manningham for the fumble. The Giants played 53:00 mins of solid football..it was the last 7:00 mins that was the problem. They should have been ready for that onside kick, they should have run more plays instead of throwing. I think the GMen have to lay this loss at the feet of the coaching staff. Now they will be watching the playoffs at home. Go Eagles!!

Tom.... Seriously, football is a game, a form of entertainment. I remember when Gilbride was on the sidelines for the Buffalo/Houston Oiler debacle back in the early 90's. These things happen in sports.

For once, don't blame the coach, blame the players. Coughlin can't throw, run, tackle, or punt. He leaves that to his players. The Giants are professionals and for the last 8 minutes of the game, they disappeared. It happens.

The thing is, this game, especially in the 4th, was really a miracle for the Eagles. If this was a SB, expect Hollywood to make a movie on this. What's funny is that the Eagles capitalized every given opportunity the Giants gave them in the 4th to make that type of comeback. How often does a punt returner goes for a TD in this league? D. Jax fumbled the football at first as well, which is why he was able to return it for a TD. This game was more of a "miracle" than the '78 game.

Philadelphia fans are always delusional, I don't even argue with them. they always believe they are the best, and they have one championship in the last 20 years. Not to mention the Eagles went to 5 NFC Championships in a row, and never won anything. The Giants will get another chance at the Eagles!

They haven't accomplished anything yet this year and season isn't over yet and the playoffs haven't begun. You can gloat all you want about yesterday's game, and rightfully so, but to talk about "going to the bowl" is way too premature. The Eagles have ZERO Super Bowl wins and it does matter.

Nobody cares about this game. It's good they lost the way they did so when the Giants DO make the playoffs they play the Eagles in the first round because they will be the 6th seed and the Eagles the 3rd. well said. What bothered me most about the end was the way some of the giants players were smiling and hugging some of the eagles players. i HATE when they do that. It's not GOLF...it's FOOTBALL! it's ok to hate your opponents and not want to talk to them at the end. Coughlin is done.
